So on to trying new things, creating new items and better documenting the path. I am excited to announce that I will be participating in the next Craft Sabbath, June 5th at the Downtown Library. I have been sewing here and there when ever I can just to pull together enough products to make it worth it. In between the contracted work, house guests, and late nights at my full time job. But here is to hoping this crafty thing will pay off some day.

Since I am back, that is to say I am re-newing my commitment to my crafts, I made a facebook page (Easily Amused Goods), posted items in my Etsy shop (www.EasilyAmusedGoods.etsy.com) and thought it was also time for another blog post as well. I decided it was time to do this crafty stuff right or not at all, so here I am attempting to do it right. I had businesses cards at my last craft boutique I participated in and had people e-mail me after saying they went to my etsy shop but I had no items..... its true that the marketing and technology aspect of the craft world are my achilles heel. It is very difficult for me to promote my self and my products. And since sewing has been a hobby and form of relaxation for me, I get a little nervous when it starts to feel like work.
But here I am and here are my products.

Well it has been far too long since I wrote on my blog. And many great things have happened, I guess that is why, I have been too busy and this blog just isn’t a priority. New goal, at least one post a week, haha, we will see!
As mentioned above, some cool things; I got a new logo, it is awesome. I just got done participating in the Beehive Bazaar and I started a crafty group with my friend Marcela, we call it Birds of a Feather.
Pictured are some dolls I recently designed and created for the Beehive Bazaar. I love them, simple but they have some great details. I especially like that they are barefoot, after all they are Forest Friends
